Important! Typically, rental units are held for no longer than 14 days with a Holding Deposit. The amount of a holding deposit must be half of one month’s rent.

Please note that for our renter’s protection, Bancroft requires renter’s insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided at lease signing.

By checking the box below, I understand the following about my application:

• Applicant(s) understand that more than one applicant may apply for this property at the same time. The applications are NOT considered on the basis of time of receipt. There is no guarantee of acceptance of your application. Application Fees are non-refundable.
• Applicant acknowledges that if denied, a denial letter from our credit reporting servicer will be sent to applicant via an email to the address given.
• Prospective tenants acknowledge that if selected to sign a lease for a property they applied for, it is subject to the following:
  • A New Tenant Set-up fee of $200 must be paid prior to receiving possession.
  • An Administrative Fee of $10 will be assessed each month after the initial payment is made.
  • A $75 ReKey Fee must be paid prior to receiving possession.
  • Tenants must convert all applicable utility billing to their name as of the date the lease starts. Tenants must also submit account numbers for each applicable utility, or provide proof that conversion occurred or will occur. Failure to do so could result in the delay of receiving possession or the interruption of one or more utility services to the leased address.

By checking the box below, I understand that for an application to be considered complete, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Applications must be completed for any and all adults (18 years of age and older) that will be residing in the rental.
• All applications must be fully completed and payment for all applications must be submitted within 7 days.
• Legible and readable copies of all required documents must be uploaded to this application and must clearly contain the name of the applicant and any relevant information.
• Pet applications, if applicable, must be completed on PetScreening.

By checking the box below, I understand that incomplete applications are subject to the following:

• Credit/background checks may still be run on any or all adults listed on the application.
• My application will not be considered for the property applied for if my application is left incomplete.
• My application will be automatically rejected if left incomplete for 7 days.
