Glenn started his real estate career in 1979, just before leaving the United States Air Force where he served as a medic. He purchased the company in 1983. Over the last three decades, he and his team have developed a program for profitable management of residential real estate investments. Bancroft & Associates currently manages a portfolio of over 800 units.His specialty is helping individual investors plan and execute acquisition of properties, manage those assets and plan for liquidation or succession through various vehicles, such as trusts and Family Limited Partnerships.
Glenn is an active member of Calvary Chapel Tucson. He has served on the Tucson Association of Realtors Board, is a Past President of the Pantano Rotary Club, a Life member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association and a member of the DM50.
He happily resides in Tucson with his wife Karen and has five children and ten grandchildren.He enjoys golf, tinkering with his cars and time with his family.
Sterling Bancroft has been practicing with Bancroft & Associates since 2009 and acquired his Broker’s License in 2016. He attended the University of Arizona, studying Economics. Sterling focuses on business development, client relations and oversees the overall operation.
He enjoys reading a good book and spending time with his dog.
I joined the Bancroft & Associates team nearly 20 years ago. I am a licensed Realtor and have held various office positions in the company over the years. Currently I am the office manager and bookkeeper. I always look forward to assisting our clients and customers!
I have lived in Tucson for over 25 years and enjoy serving as a leader in my church and teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.
Kim joined the Bancroft family in 2007. She was promoted to leasing manager within her first year and has been supervising that department and our leasing agents ever since.
Kim is the proud Grandma of 2 boys and one beautiful little girl. When she is not assisting our tenants or our owners she is spending valuable time with her loved ones, including her Rottweiler, Mason.
