Inconsistency in weather is something we can certainly count on here in Arizona. With temperatures ranging between upper 70’s and lower 90’s these past few weeks, it has been difficult to begin scheduling for our annual cooler conversion. Neverthless, we were able to begin the conversion process early this week and will continue to make our way through the schedule until each house is equipped with a working furnace. Home Crew is on a tight schedule, doing their best to meet the needs of each household. We appreciate your patience during this process.
It is important, that as a tenant you understand, that under no circumstances are you permitted to go on to your roof to attempt the conversion yourself. This is advised for your own safety as well as for the protection of the homeowners’ property. You will receive a notification in the mail advising you of your scheduled conversion date. If the cold becomes a serious issue to your health, you are welcome to call the office and request an earlier conversion date. However, we will not be able to guarantee the exact date of that change due to the already busy schedule. We DO guarantee that we will do our best to meet your needs as soon as possible.
A helpful suggestion to keep in the heat while you wait would be to keep windows and doors closed with shades open to let the sunlight beam in during the day to warm rooms. Taking a warm shower/bath and cuddling up in a blanket with some warm tea and hot cocoa can do the trick in the evenings. What us Tucsonans call winter weather will be over before you know it and we will be back into the summer months. Enjoy the slight chill while we have it!
